Alia Bhatt is in Seoul, South Korea, for the Gucci Cruise 2024 show at Gyeongbokgung Palace. In a black dress with black platform heels and a Gucci Jackie 1961 transparent bag, the actor posed in front of the historic palace. Alia smiled for the cameras as she arrived at her first fashion show as an ambassador.

Vogue India published Alia's first look at the Gucci show online. "First look: Alia Bhatt (@aliaabhatt) has arrived at the #GucciCruise 2024 show in Seoul," they captioned the post. "In a black ensemble with cutout detail and a Gucci Jackie 1961 transparent bag, the star makes an appearance as the Italian luxury house's first Indian Ambassador," the caption read.

Fans appear to be only talking about Alia's transparent bag in the comments section, which has piqued their interest. "Bag is empty, so why is Alia carrying," one fan wondered. "Bro, the purse is meant to hold a few things at the very least!" said another. Another person defended the bag, saying, "Those who are saying purse is empty empty lmaoo your head is also empty."

The actor was named the first Indian global ambassador for the Italian brand last week. The brand is celebrating 25 years since its first store opened in Seoul in 1998. The fashion show will take place in front of the Geunjeongjeon, the main hall of the Gyeongbokung Palace, which hosts the main royal ceremonies.

Alia spent time with Thai actor Davika Hoorne earlier today to bring her birthday on May 16. Davika posted an Instagram photo of herself and Alia from her party. "Love (heart emoji)" she captioned it. Alia also captioned her Instagram story, "Happy birthday gorgeous." Alia wore a black dress with a brown jacket, while Davika wore a blue shirt with a white jacket and a matching mini skirt.

This is Alia's second major international fashion moment. She made her Met Gala debut earlier this month in a Prabal Gurung white gown inspired by Chanel.
