New Delhi: The Kerala Department of Higher Secondary Education (DHSE) declared the result for Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) Class 10 exam on Wednesday. According to reports, DHSE Kerala SSLC exam was conducted successfully between March 31 and April 29, 2022, from 9:45 am to 12:30 am.

As per reports, a total of 4,26,469 students appeared in the Kerala SSLC exams, of which 4,23,303 candidates have been declared pass by the state board, while 44,363 have managed to secure an A+ grade this year.


The SSLC results 2022 was announced by Kerala Education Minister on Wednesday. This year, the pass percentage stands at 99.26 per cent as compared to last year when the overall passing percentage was 99.47 percent.


Kannur district has emerged as the top performing district in Kerala this year. The district recorded an overall pass percentage of 99.76 per cent, while Waynad recorded the lowest pass percentage at 92.07 per cent.


This year, the board examination was conducted in an offline mode.


Notably, last year, the government of Kerala did not cancel or postpone the class 10 board examination owing to the Covid-19 pandemic. However, the SSLC were conducted offline by following all the safety protocols and guidelines.


In 2021, a total of 4,22,226 students from Kerala board and 990 students from private appeared for the SSLC exam. The overall passing percentage was 99.47 per cent where a total of 1,21,318 students secured A+ in all the subjects.
