A day after Leader of Opposition in Member of Legislative Council BK Hariprasad's "sold themselves" remark on BJP in Karnataka, Karnataka Chief Minister said that he can't react to a "cheap statement".

Meanwhile, Karnataka Congress leader Hariprasad pointed out that BJP leaders have twisted and misquoted his statement. Hariprasad earlier in an event said, "When you didn't give a clear mandate, we formed a coalition govt. We call by different names a woman who sells her body for food, we call her prostitute. I leave it to you what you'll call MLAs who sold themselves. Teach a lesson to local MLA in the poll."

Karnataka CM reacting to Hariprasad's remarks said, "I can't react to such a low, cheap statement. This is my reaction."
