The suspect in the blast has been caught on CCTV footage. Karnataka Home Minister Dr G Parameshwara said several teams have been formed to investigate the explosion. Evidence has been collected from CCTV footage, and efforts are underway to identify and apprehend the accused.

A blast at Bengaluru's Rameshwaram Cafe yesterday resulted in at least ten injuries. The incident occurred around 1 pm at the Whitefield branch of the cafe in the city's Rajajinagar area. The Bengaluru police have filed an FIR under sections 307, 471 of the IPC and sections 16, 18, and 38 of the UAPA. They have also included Sections 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substances Act.

• Dr G Parameshwara, Karnataka's home minister, said on Saturday morning that the suspect appeared to have arrived at the cafe on a public bus. He stated that police are reviewing CCTV footage for visual evidence.


• "We have formed several teams. We gathered some evidence from CCTV footage. A BMTC bus was moving in that direction at the time of the explosion. We know that he arrived on a bus. We will arrest the accused as soon as possible," Parameshwara was quoted as saying by ANI.


• Parameshwara further said that a timer was used for the blast. "Our teams are doing well. The blast was timed, and the FSL team is currently working on it. We have a meeting at 1 PM. "CM Siddaramaiah will lead the meeting with high-level police officials to discuss the blast," he said.
