Kolkata (West Bengal) [India], August 20 (ANI): West Bengal Pradesh Congress Committee President Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury was saved after his car was hit by a speeding truck in Murshidabad on Sunday.
The horrific accident took place near the Rejninagar check-post this afternoon when the former Union Minister was going to Raghunathganj district from Kolkata.
The container truck came in from the opposite side and hit the side of his car on National Highway 34.
Chowdhury and his driver were unhurt. (ANI)
