Development works should take place in the district headquarters. Create infrastructure facilities. Rs 1500 Crore are available under the DMFT funds from Singareni. Besides this funds are available under Left Wing Extremist (LWE) affected area funds, NREGA, Irrigation funds, State Finance Corporation and these funds should be integrated and prepare comprehensive development plans. Find out which area needs what and take up works accordingly. Collectors and MLAs should decide on the development works and release funds. Collectors should monitor the works taken up with these funds," he added.
