Madhya Pradesh Shikhar Sammelan 2018: Elections in Madhya Pradesh are to be held on November 28, and results will be declared on December 11, when counting will be taken up for all the 5 state elections in the period between November and December 7.

He further said, "CM Shivraj Chouhan has worked to ensure 24 hours electricity in every MP village." Shah's remark came ahead the Madhya Pradesh Assembly Election 2018 which will be held on November 28. The counting of votes would take place on December 11.

When asked about Rahul Gandhi's 'temple politics', Kamal Nath says it's the BJP which is doing politics on temple. "Who raked up temple issue ahead of elections?" he asks.

The Shivraj Singh Chouhan government has worked for people of Madhya Pradesh in the last 15 years. It faces no ant incumbency. Through the 'double engine' of the Centre and the state government, Madhya Pradesh has witnessed a high growth rate.
"During the Congress rule, Madhya Pradesh was counted among 'BIMARU' states (a group of backward states). We turned it into a developed state," says Piyush Goyal.
Responding to Sambit's jibe, Pariyanka says the Congress is fighting assembly polls in Madhya Pradesh under Kamal Nath, as he is party's state unit chief. She says the party will decide who will be the chief minister, if voted to power.

Next in Shikhar Sammelan: Sambit Patra from the BJP and Priyanka Chaturvedi from the Congress will face each other in a final bid to woo the Madhya Pradesh voters ahead of the crucial assembly elections.
On alleged Naxal links, Digvijaya Singh says the ruling BJP is levelling false accusations against him to hide its failures. "I will be available for interrogation when I am asked to. I am not afraid of anyone and will fully cooperate in the probe." The BJP has claimed that Digvijaya Singh's phone number was mentioned in a letter written by two 'comrades'. The same letter was made part of the charge sheet against 10 activists arrested for alleged Maoist links in connection with Bhima-Koregaon violence case.
Digvijaya Singh says the Congress party respects every religion. "In Sanatan Dharma, we respect all religions. They say that Hinduism is at threat. I ask them how can it be? We survived the 400-year long Mughal era and 200-long British Raj and now when the president and the prime minister are Hindus, they say we are at threat. Their claim is bogus."
Digvijaya Singh takes on Prime Minster Narendra Modi, says if he asks people what's their opinion of 'chowkidar', they will say 'chowkidar hi chor hai'.

I never used the term "Hindu terror" or "Saffron terror". Terrorism has no colour. BJP raising Ram temple issue before elections is only to hide their inefficiency at work in the last 4.5 years. I say that even Lord Ram wouldn't want his temple at a disputed land.
When asked who will you prefer as chief minister if Congress gets the majority, Digvijaya Singh says it's upon the elected representatives to select their leader. "I don't want to be the chief minister," he says.
