New Delhi: In the 35th edition of Mann Ki Baat on Sunday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi asserted that any person or group taking law in own hands will not be spared. PM slammed violence by followers of self-styled godman Gurmeet Ram Rahim and said violence in the name of faith is unacceptable. India is the land of Mahatma Gandhi and Lord Buddha. Violence is not acceptable in the nation, in any form, PM said.
Those who take the law in their hands or take to violence will not be spared, whoever they are, said PM.
'Swachhata Hi Seva'- let us create a mass movement around this in the run up to Gandhi Jayanti & give renewed focus to cleanliness, Modi urged.
