Kupwara (Jammu and Kashmir) [India], Mar 20 (ANI): An encounter is underway between security forces and terrorists at Halmatpora area of Jammu and Kashmir's Kupwara district.
At least three terrorists are believed to be trapped in the area.
As per reports, a cordon-and-search operation has been launched in the area to get hold of the militants.
