"Is there a government rule or a goonda raj here?" the BJP leader asked. He alleged the state police is also acting like a TMC worker in Wes Bengal.

Mamata Banerjee's "goons" have vandalised the BJP party office in South Kolkata's Bhawanipore, the saffron party's West Bengal unit alleged on Twitter and shared a video in which torn posters, cut-outs and broken chairs could be seen inside a BJP office.

"Mamata represents the Bhawanipore constituency. Law and order has completely collapsed! No one is safe under TMC," the state BJP unit further said.

BJP general secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya also shared images of the "vandalised" BJP's district office in Bhawanipore.

Amid a face-off between the West Bengal's Mamata Banerjee government and the CBI that has reached the Supreme Court, the BJP on Monday accused ruling Trinamool Congress (TMC) workers of vandalising its office in Bhawanipore area of South Kolkata.
