Saab Will Be More ‘Integrated’ Into Indian Defence Ecosystem With 100% FDI, India Head Of Swedish Firm Says

Sweden’s Saab has become the first foreign defence firm to obtain approval for 100% FDI in India for manufacturing the latest Carl-Gustaf M4 weapon system for domestic use as well as for exports.

The Carl-Gustaf M4 variant, which will have NATO standard interface, will be produced from 2025 onwards at the Indian plant.
