New Delhi: India has urged the United States to expedite the proposed $3-billion Predator armed drones deal before the Narendra Modi government goes into election mode, by sending the letter of acceptance (LoA) to the Ministry of Defence (MoD) for the sale of 31 MQ-9B Sea Guardian drones meant for the Indian Navy, Indian Army and the Indian Air Force, ABP LIVE has learnt. The LoA, mandatory in a government-to-government deal, is a kind of agreement that the US government issues for
