New Delhi: Ali Hussain, 37, a cab driver in Leh and a native of Drass, was all of 12 when the Kargil War between India and Pakistan erupted. At the time, he and his family of eight had to vacate their homes due to the conflict. While Hussain was able to come back to his home subsequently and life slowly returned to normal, a fresh set of worries haunts him today.
