New Delhi: The European Union (EU) is keen on having a bilateral investment pact with India along with the free trade agreement (FTA) that has been under negotiations for decades, which will provide “credibility and security” to their investments in a “high-cost entry market” like India, according to Hervé Delphin, Ambassador of the EU to India.
