According to experts, the biggest cause of heart disease is bad lifestyle choices which is leading to diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol, etc. 


Keep Your Weight In Check: Being overweight is directly linked to several diseases. It increases the risk of heart problems, diabetes and other health conditions. Therefore, it is important to keep weight under control.


Daily Exercise: Committing to daily exercise for at least half an hour keeps away heart diseases. You can reduce or increase the hours of work-out according to your physical capability.  Doing daily exercise reduces the chance of heart diseases to a considerable amount.  


Fibre Rich Diet: According to many experts, people who include fibre in their daily diet have a lower risk of getting heart disease. Oats meals, whole grain, brown rice, beans contain a large amount of fibre. It reduces the risk of heart attack and stroke.


Get Enough Sleep: For your overall health, it is important to get enough sleep. Getting proper sleep can reduce the risk of high blood pressure, stroke and diabetes. A good night sleep helps in reducing stress as well. People who get adequate and better sleep lower their risk of cardiovascular disease. Getting enough sleep keeps your cholesterol and blood pressure level under control.
