Xbox Series X, the latest flagship console from Microsoft, is now available for purchase on Flipkart and Amazon as the two e-commerce platforms kicked off their annual Big Billion Days and Great Indian Festival sales, respectively. Furthermore, Sony’s own flagship offering, the PlayStation 5, will be available for pre-order on September 26. While the PS5 has been only available via blink-and-miss restocks in India so far, this is the first time Xbox Series X is widely available to eager fans.

Xbox Series X available for purchase: Price, expected delivery date

While Flipkart kicked off its Big Billion Days sale for Flipkart Plus subscribers on September 22, a day before regular customers, Amazon, too, kicked off its Great Indian Festival sale a day early for its Prime subscribers. Both the platforms’ sale is slated to begin for regular customers on September 23.

The Xbox Series X is priced at Rs 52,990 across all platforms. For both Amazon and Flipkart, the expected delivery date is between September 29 and October 3. However, this might change depending on your location. Both platforms are also offering additional bank-specific offers on the Xbox Series X, along with no-cost EMI options.

The console was made available at 12am (midnight) on September 22. However, unlike PS5 restocks, Xbox Series X is still available to buy at the time of writing.

PS5 restock: Date, time, platforms

While the Xbox Series X is finally available widely, Sony’s PS5 is still not up for general purchase. However, those looking to pre-order the PS5 and the disc-less PS5 Digital Edition can do so on September 26 at 12pm (noon).

It should be noted that so far, the PS5 restocks sell out in a matter of seconds, so it is advised to log in to e-commerce platforms well before the stipulated time and actively look for the console to be available for a quick checkout.

The regular PS5 will be available at Rs 49,990, while the PS5 Digital Edition will be available at Rs 39,990. The consoles will be available across all notable gaming e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, ShopAtSC (Sony Center’s online portal), Games The Shop, Vijay Sales, and Croma.
