New Delhi: Many Wordle players are scratching their head today, after failing to either get it right or decode its meaning.


Taking to Twitter, many Wordle enthusiasts lamented their broken winning streak, while others blamed the New York Times, which recently acquired the word game from its creator Josh Wardle, for making it tougher.


“NYT has ruined the fun,” said one user, while another said someone should “buy wordle back from NYT”.

Many users admitted this was the toughest word they ever encountered since they started playing Wordle, which became a hit with word game enthusiasts from the word go. Those who cracked it ensured they flaunted their 'achievement' on social media.






















Today's Wordle answer is not a very common word, and hence many players did not immediately guess the possible solution. It's a noun and the dictionary meaning of it is “a waterproof filler and sealant" that is used in building work and repairs. The word has two vowels — as the second and third letter.
