New Delhi: American fantasy drama ‘Game Of Thrones’ became popular worldwide after its release. Based on the series of fantasy novels by George R.R. Martin – ‘A Song of Ice and Fire’, ‘Game Of Thrones’ first premiered in 2011. The series had 8 seasons in total and it ended in the year 2019.
Now, after the success of ‘Game Of Thrones’, there’s another upcoming fantasy series by the name ‘House Of The Dragon’, which will portray the story of the Targaryen civil war that took place about 200 years before the events portrayed in ‘Game Of Thrones'.

Also based on George R.R. Martin’s fantasy novel ‘Fire & Blood’, the makers of ‘House Of The Dragon’ released the teaser of the upcoming TV series. The teaser shared a glimpse into the world of the Targaryen civil war ‘200 years before the fall of the throne’.

A prequel to ‘Game Of Thrones’, ‘House of the Dragon’ has been created by George R.R. Martin and Ryan J. Condal. The series will star Paddy Considine as King Viserys I Targaryen, Emma D'Arcy as Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen, Matt Smith as Prince Daemon Targaryen, Eve Best as Princess Rhaenys Velaryon, Olivia Cooke as Lady Alicent Hightowe, and others.
On a related note, ‘Game Of Thrones’ featured Emilia Clarke, Kit Harington, Maisie Williams, Sophie Turner, Peter Dinklage, Lena Headey, and others in the lead roles.
