Mumbai: Bollywood actress Sushmita Sen forayed into the OTT space with Ram Madhvani's 'Aarya'. The crime thriller co-starring Chandrachur Singh and Sikander Kher created ripples upon its release on Disney+Hotstar. After the success of the first season, the makers have now shared a teaser for ‘Aarya 2’ on social media.
Sushmita Sen’s First Look From Aarya 2
The former Miss Universe shared the short clip on her official Instagram handle to inform her fans that the much-awaited web series will soon be available for streaming. She wrote, "First look literally. Aarya 2. Sherni is back! This time, deadlier than ever! Aarya'll ready? love you guys."
Sen can be seen donning a white saree, with her face covered in red colour. She looked at the camera without saying anything in the video. Her eyes said it all.
Fans have flooded the comments section with their messages. One user wrote, "Who knew A Sushmita Sen with red colour on her face is exactly what I needed to see on a friday that isn't ending" while another commented, "OMG. It gives Goosebumps."
'Aarya', which premiered on Disney+Hotstar in June 2020, has been nominated in the category of Best Drama Series at the International Emmys. Sushmita was busy dubbing for the second show when she received the news about her nomination.

The Bengali beauty said that she is glad to see Indians bagging nominations at the prestigious award ceremony. “To see INDIA on this list, fills my heart!!! The 'Main Hoon Na' star had congratulated Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Vir Das, who have also received nominations.
