New Delhi: Indian actress Mithila Palkar, popularly known for her role as Kavya in Netflix’s ‘Little Things’ extended heartfelt wishes on the occasion of Grand Parents Day on social media. Mithila posted some throwback memories with her grandparents and combined them in a video.


The ‘Karwaan’ actress also penned down a heartfelt note that read, “Happy Grandparents’ Day to two people who are the two halves of my world The ones who have taught me patience, perseverance and the true essence of romance through their companionship. To all the grandparents out there - the world would definitely be a dull place if we didn’t have you. Thank you for being our solace! Wishing all of you good health and happiness, always”.

Mithila has revealed in her interviews that she has been very close to her grandparents and that she cannot do without them. She often keeps on sharing posts with her grandparents.


Mithila started her career by starring in the 2014 Marathi short film ‘Majha Honeymoon’. She then featured in ‘Katti Batti’. Mithila gained recognition when she featured in a lead role in the TV series ‘Girl In The City’ and ‘Little Things’ opposite Dhruv Sehgal.


She has featured in the Marathi movie ‘Muramba’, ‘Karwaan’ alongside Irrfan Khan and Dulquer Salmaan, ‘Chopsticks’ opposite Abhay Deol and others. She was last seen featuring in a pivotal role in the Netflix film ‘Tribhanga’, which also featured Kajol and Tanvi Azmi.
