The craze around viral song Manike Mage Hithe has refused to die down even after months. The song crooned by Sri Lankan singing sensation Yohani Diloka De Silva is still ruling the internet.  Following the massive popularity of the song, several artists and music enthusiasts have created their own renditions of the viral song.


And now, a new video of Himalayan monks grooving to its beat is going big time viral on social media. The video shared on Instagram by Himalaya’s monks page, shows two monks shaking a leg to the beats of Manike Mage Hithe.


“Everyone! Keep your face up in the sunshine and you cannot see a shadow. Stay positive. Better days are on their way,” read the caption, watch below:



The video is garnering praise from all quarters as netizens showered their love for the monks in the comment section.

Sinhala song Manike Mage Hithe by Satheeshan Rathnayaka went crazy viral online after Yohani's rendition came out in May this year.



Meanwhile, as Yohani became a social media sensation in India, and even appeared on several television shows and performed live. The Sri-Lankan sensation is now all set to sing an official Hindi version of the song for an upcoming Bollywood project, Thank God. Directed by Indra Kumar, the film stars Ajay Devgn, Sidharth Malhotra and Rakul Preet Singh in the lead roles.
