The makers of 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai', featuring Shivangi Joshi & Mohsin Khan in lead roles of Naira & Kartik, are all set to bring the show's spin-off on Star Plus. As reported earlier, Shaheer Sheikh and Rhea Sharma are playing the lead roles in spin-off titled 'Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke'. After a small video revealing that Mishti's character will be the protagonist, the channel has now released the first teaser of 'Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke' in which Shivangi has introduced Rhea Sharma as the show's lead actress.

Revealing Rhea Sharma's look from 'Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke', show's first teaser has been shared on the official social media handles of Star Plus. In the teaser, Rhea Sharma can be seen in a simple look wearing specs as she sketches her prospective groom.

For the uninitiated, Mishti was Naira's cousin & daughter of Naitik's step-brother Naman (Anshul Pandey) & Karishma (Priyanka Udhwani). The character was played by child-actress Aarna Sharma in 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai'.

Produced by Rajan Shahi, 'Yeh Rishta...' started 10 years ago in 2009 with Hina Khan & Karan Mehra in lead roles. After being a part of 'Yeh Rishta...' for several years, Hina & Karan quit the show & later Shivangi-Mohsin were introduced as the new leads.

Coming back to Rhea Sharma, she made her TV debut with Sony TV's 'Itna Karo Na Mujhe Pyar' & went on to feature in popular shows including 'Yeh Hai Aashiqui' & 'Kahani Hamari... Dil Dosti Deewanepan Ki'. Rhea then rose to fame with her lead role in 'Tu Sooraj, Main Saanjh Piyaji'. Last seen in a guest appearance in ZEE TV's top-rated show 'Kumkum Bhagya', Rhea was also a part of Sushant Singh Rajput & Disha Patani's hit film 'M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story'.
