TV actres Surbhi Chandna, who became a household name after playing 'Anika' in Gul Khan's popular Star Plus show 'Ishqbaaaz' opposite Nakuul Mehta, is all set to come back on small-screen with 'Sanjivani 2'. In 'Sanjivani', Surbhi will be seen in the lead role of 'Dr. Ishaani' opposite Namit Khanna. The actress' fans are super-excited for the show and here comes another good news for her fans. Before 'Sanjivani', Surbhi Chandna will also be seen in Shivangi Joshi & Mohsin Khan starrer 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai'.

But, there's a twist!

As per the current track of 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai', the preparations of Kartik (Mohsin) & Vedika's (Pankhuri Awashty) wedding are going on in full swing. On the other hand, Naira (Shivangi) & Kartik's son Kairav is critical as he has a blood clot in his brain.

According to latest reports, Surbhi Chandna will enter 'Yeh Rishta...' as 'Dr. Ishani' to save Kairav. She will be seen for one episode to promote her new serial 'Sanjivani', which will be soon premiere on Star Plus.

Kartik and Naira are yet to meet each other they will reportedly finally meet after Surbhi Chandna's entry as Kairav’s health issues will bring them together. It'll be interesting to see Surbhi Chandna sharing screen space with Shivangi & Mohsin in 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' for the first time.

Speaking about 'Sanjivani 2', the much-awaited show also features Mohnish Bahl, Gurdeep Kohli Punj, Sayantani Ghosh among others in pivotal roles. The show is reportedly set to hit TV screens from 12th August replacing Donal Bisht & Ansh Bagri starrer 'Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji' at the time-slot of 7:30pm.
