New Delhi: It’s to send get well soon messages to TV actress Mrinal Singh. The beautiful actress, who made her small screen debut with Rajan Shahi’s ‘Tere Sheher Mein’, was recently hospitalized due to some illness. Mrinal is fondly known for playing the role of Ashi in ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’.

The actress entered the show last year as the new girl in Kartik’s life. She essayed the role of a stand-up comedian, who was chosen by Kartik’s family as a potential match for him post Naira’s exit from his life. Her entry brought a lot of twists and turns in the show.

A report in an entertainment portal suggested that Mrinal’s friend and ‘Vish Ya Amrit: Sitara’ actress Falaq Naaz was with Mrinal in the hospital. Falaq even shared a video of Mrinal lying on the bed and watching television.


On the professional front, Mrinal Singh was last seen in &TV’s ‘Shaadi Ke Siyape’. The weekend show stars Bhavya Gandhi, Sheen Dass and Mishkat Verma.


Mrinal also played the role of Ruchika in Shraddha Arya and Dheeraj Dhoopar starrer ‘Kundali Bhagya'. She has acted in Star Plus' 'Silsila Pyaar Ka' and web series 'Love Sex and Viagra'.
