New Delhi: Popular TV actress Kanchi, fondly known for her role as Gayatri in ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, recently got the opportunity to share screen space with Bollywood diva Kareena Kapoor Khan. The beautiful actress shot for a TV commercial where she played the role of Bebo’s younger on-screen sister. Kanchi took to Instagram to share a couple of pictures with the ‘Veere Di Wedding’ actress from the shoot.


Kanchi, who made her debut as a child artist in ‘Kutumb’, said that it was a memorable experience for her to shoot with Kareena. She called the ‘Good News’ actress stunning and humble. The picture has received over 80,000 likes from the fans within a day.

‘Swaragini’ fame actress Helly Shah, who is good friends with Kanchi, commented on the picture and said that she is looking forward to see the TVC.

Kanchi, while talking to a leading daily, said that Kareena’s son Taimu Ali Khan was also present on the sets.

"Taimur is extremely adorable and a sheer bundle of joy even just to look at. He was busy playing with his toys right outside my vanity and I just couldn't stop awwing over him. He had so many people around him to actually look after everything that he needed," the actress told TOI.

Kanchi is currently in Dubai with her beau Rohan Mehra. The two actors fell in love on the sets of YRKKH and have been going strong since the past three years.
