Cezanne Khan, who is fondly known for playing the role of Anurag Basu opposite Shweta Tiwari in 'Kasautii Zindagii Kay', recently spilled the beans about his relationship. The TV heartthrob grabbed eyeballs when his photo with his ladylove went viral on social media. The original Anurag Basu of Indian television addressed his girlfriend as 'someone special' in a recent interview. The two lovebirds were planning to tie the knot in 2020 but they had to postpone their wedding due to COVID-19 crisis.

US-Based Pakistani Woman Alleges Cezanne Married Her To Obtain Card


A woman named Aisha Pirani, while talking to a leading daily, accused the 'Kasautii' actor of marrying her in the United States in 2015 to secure a Green Card. She also alleged that Cezanne cheated her and filed for divorce when he obtained the Green Card.

"I don’t care if he gets married 50 times over now, but why is he hiding the fact that he was married earlier? He cheated on me and used me to obtain green card in the US and lived off my money. The moment he got the Green Card, he filed for divorce," Aisha told Times Of India.

The lady, who is of Pakistani descent, also alleged that Cezanne Khan was the reason why she got divorced from her first husband. She told the daily that she got married to the popular actor on April 3, 2015.

How Cezanne Khan REACTED To Aisha's Claims?


The actor denied getting married to Aisha Pirani and called her an 'obsessive fan'. He said that she was trying to gain publicity through him. "I was never married to her. This is a case of an obsessive fan. It’s irrelevant to talk about such people," Cezanne told the daily.



On the professional front, Cezanne was last seen on TV in 'Seeta Aur Geeta'. He has also worked in shows like 'Ek Ladki Anjaani Si' and 'Hum Do Hain Na'.

Cezanne is still known for playing the role of Anurag in Ekta Kapoor's hit show 'Kasautii', which ended in 2008. The makers launched the second season of the show in 2018. The romantic saga featured Parth Samthaan and Erica Fernandes in lead roles.
