Actress Payal Ghosh Receives ‘Bharat Ratna Dr. Ambedkar’ Award
Reportedly, the actress accused Ayush Tiwari of raping her for over a period of 2 years on the pretext of marriage.
“A case registered at Versova Police Station in Mumbai, against a casting director, for allegedly raping a TV actress. The case was registered on the basis of the victim's statement, further investigation is underway”, read a report in ANI.
The actress told ABP News, “I have registered a case against casting director Ayush Tiwari and his friend Rakesh Sharma. He raped me on the pretext of marriage and have assaulted me mentally and physically.”
“With great difficulty, the case has been registered under Section 376 on November 25 despite filing the complaint on November 16. The police have not yet arrested the accused nor have they done any sort of medical tests.”
The victim accused Ayush Tiwari of luring her into a love trap by offering her a job in TV and movies as well as marriage. According to the actress, she was then raped several times and in different places.
Reportedly, the actress has now alleged that the police is pressuring her to withdraw her complaint. Her pornographic videos are being threatened to go viral on social media if the complaint is not withdrawn.
