New Delhi: Bollywood actress Sushmita Sen’s brother Rajeev Sen is all set to the tie the knot with TV actress Charu Asopa in a traditional Hindu wedding on Sunday (June 16). The couple got hitched in a court marriage on June 7 in Mumbai. The two lovebirds are now all to walk down the aisle in Goa.


Rajeev and Charu’s pre-wedding festivities started from June 14 and the couple looked stunning together in the functions. Earlier in the day, we showed you pictures from the sangeet ceremony, which was full of dance and music.

After the mehendi and sangeet ceremony, Rajeev and Charu’s haldi ceremony took place today. The soon-to-be bride wore a yellow outfit and floral jewelry for her haldi. Rajeev shared a video from the function on his Instagram handle.

Charu Asopa’s sisters shared several pictures from the haldi function on social media. While the bride-to-be radiated glow in a yellow ensemble, Rajeev looked dapper in a pink kurta.

TV actors Neil Bhatt, Amrin Chakkiwala and Alan Kapoor also attended the pre-wedding functions. Neil, who was last seen in ‘Roop-Mard Ka Naya Swaroop’, also shared photos from the haldi ceremony.

Charu, who was last seen in ‘Vikram Betaal Ki Rahasya Gatha’, danced her hearts out at her sangeet night. Sushmita Sen and her daughter Alisah also performed at the pre-wedding function.
