New Delhi: Colors TV’s ‘Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka’ became the talk of the town, all thanks to its storyline which dealt with infidelity and extra-marital affairs. The show starring Drashti Dhami, Shakti Arora, Aditi Dev Sharma and Abhinav Shukla was launched with great expectations but it couldn’t set the TRP charts on fire. The show was shifted to Voot after the launch of Bigg Boss 12 but it came back to TV within a week. ‘Silsila’ will soon go off air but speculations are rife that it will come back with a new season.

As per the latest buzz, ‘Ishqbaaaz’ actor Kunal Jaisingh might be seen in the second season of ‘Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka’. The ‘Buddy’ project will play the lead role in the show, according to a report in India Forums.

Kunal is fondly known for his role as Omkara in ‘Ishqbaaaz’. The handsome actor bid adieu to ‘Ishqbaaaz’ when the show took a generation leap. Kunal tied the knot with Bharati Kumar last year in December and the couple is now busy enjoying their marital bliss.

Talking about ‘Silsila’, the show took a six-year leap and introduced Nandini and Mouli’s daughters post Drashti’s exit. Popular TV actor Kinshuk Mahajan joined the show and was paired opposite Aditi.

The new season will focus on Pari and Mishti and the makers are reportedly busy looking for the apt faces to play the part.
