New Delhi: Shivangi Joshi has now been discharged from the hospital. Recently, the actor went live on Instagram and interacted with her fans. The actor was discharged on Saturday after having undergone a surgery post a kidney infection.


In the live session, Shivangi shared that she had been in the hospital for 6 days. In the first few days, it was extremely difficult for her to even stand and sit. Now, she has had a surgery and she is still recovering from it. While she has been discharged, her treatment is still going on at home.


The actor also revealed that there were a few more tests to be done after which the doctors would let her completely go off the glucose drip. She asked her fans to pray for her so that her reports come out to be normal.


When a fan asked her if Shivangi was alone at home, she shared that she had a nurse who is taking care of everything at home includinh her medicationa and drip. She even shared that they did jugaad for keeping the glucose bottles as they hung them on an ironing stand.


Shivangi also shared that she missed work. "I can't wait to go back to work. As soon as the drip gets removed I will rush to work. I have been missing the shoot and that vibe," she said in her live session.


Earlier ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ actress had informed her followers on social media after being hospitalised for a few days due to a kidney infection. To cheer up her followers, Shivangi posted a selfie from her hospital bed on Instagram. She can be seen giving a thumbs up in the shot.


She had some truly terrible days, but with the help of her doctors and family, Shivangi Joshi is on the road to recovery. Talking about her health, Shivangi Joshi captioned the post: “Hi everyone, Been a rough couple of days, I have had a kidney infection, but want to let you know that with the support of my family, friends, the doctors, the hospital staff and grace of God, I’m feeling better.”


 






In addition, Shivangi has sent wishes to her devoted followers. She wrote, “This is also to remind you’ll to take care of your body, mind and soul and most importantly stay hydrated guys. Love you all, And I will be back in action very soon. Recovering and healing. Lots of love Shivangi.”
