As per the reports on IndianExpress.com, actor Amit Behl, Joint Secretary of the association and also the Chairman of the dispute committee said, “Shilpa is my member and I would go all out to support. I would never be derogatory to her. On the 1st of May we have an AGM where all CINTAA members will meet and decide on what disciplinary action needs to be taken.”

Behl also clarified that there is no non-cooperative order operative against her currently and neither is she restrained from working.
Reacting strongly to CINTAA’s proposed meeting to decide on the disciplinary action needed to be taken against her, Shilpa Shinde said: “CINTAA has no right to interfere. The matter is now legal. The producer(Binaifer) has sent me a legal notice and I have replied to that. CINTAA has no right to say I am unprofessional.

It is the fight between me and the producer. I told CINTAA about my problems with the producers but they didn’t do anything. Now when we have gone legal, they don’t have the right to pass any such order. They have no right to stop me from working.”
Shilpa Shinde also said that she is not doing Kapil Sharma’s new comedy show because of the emotional game that producer Binaifer has played by gathering all other producers on her side. “I will prove in the court that she has stopped me from working.”

Shilpa further said she will fight the case. “They are trying to scare me but I am not afraid. Unke show (Bhabhi ji Ghar Par Hai) ki band baja hai. They thought they could get me back easily but then I am made of stronger stuff. Their show will suffer because I cannot be replaced.”

For the moment, Shilpa is ready to fight the matter and is certain she will not settle it. “It is impossible to settle the matter. I will not leave the producer (Binaifer). I want such producers banned from the industry. They are harassing artists. We are here to entertain and they are harassing us.
