TV actress Surbhi Chandna became a household name after playing the lead role of 'Anika' opposite Nakuul Mehta in Gul Khan's popular Star Plus show 'Ishqbaaaz'. After moving out of the show due to generation leap, Surbhi Chandna is reportedly all set to come back on small-screen very soon. According to the latest reports, Surbhi Chandna has bagged lead role in the remake of hit 'Star Plus' show 'Sanjivani'. Whereas, the male lead opposite Surbhi Chandna is not yet finalized. Now the latest buzz suggests that, 'Sanjivani' remake will go on floors soon.

According to a Pinkvilla report, "The makers are hoping to begin shooting by May this year and set the ball rolling for the launch in June."

However, the show's time slot is not yet confirmed but it'll surely get a prime time slot. Surbhi Chandna is yet to react on the same and official announcement regarding the show is still awaited.

Ishqbaaaz actress Surbhi Chandna oozes oomph in a sexy satin nightwear!

Earlier this year, reports suggested that Surbhi Chandna's 'Ishqbaaaz' co-actor Nakuul Mehta will reunite with her in 'Sanjivani' remake. But later, actor Namit Khanna's name came out as the show's male lead. Now, it'll be interesting to see who will finally romance Surbhi in the show.

Speaking about ‘Sanjivani’, the medical drama featuring Gurdeep Kohli, Mihir Mishra, Rupali Ganguly, and Mohnish Behl in pivotal roles began in 2002 and ran for around three years.

After the success of 'Sanjivani', the show's makers launched its sequel 'Dill Mill Gayye' in the year 2007. Featuring Karan Singh Grover, Jennifer Winget, Karan Wahi, Shilpa Shukla among others, 'Dill Mill Gayye' too went on to become one of the most loved shows on Indian Television.
