Mouni Roy is one of the most loved TV star in India which is very much evident from her top-rated show ' Naagin' which is airing on Colors. The show has been topping the TRP charts since its inception and is still going strong. Now if recent reports are to be believed, then Mouni Roy may be going to Bollywood and none other than Bollywood's Dabanng actor Salman Khan is taking keen interest in launching the hot TV actress.

According to a leading daily, Mouni Roy is all set to be launched on the big screen by Salman Khan who sees a whole lot of “untapped potential” in the actress.

A source told DNA that, "Salman had seen the same spark in Sonakshi Sinha when he launched her in Dabangg. He sees Mouni as being extremely desi, a traditional Indian heroine draped in a saree. He is looking at launching Mouni in one of his forthcoming home productions."

It was during the shooting of 'Bigg Boss 10' last year that Mouni struck a good rapport with Salman. Since her show 'Naagin 2' airs on the same channel, she made a few appearances on the reality show and hit it off well with 'Tubelight' actor. Mouni has also been spotted at many parties hosted by Salman Khan.

Though it is still not known if Salman Khan will cast Mouni in a film opposite him or she will be a part of the superstar's production venture opposite another actor.
