Here comes a great news for 'Dangal' actress Sakshi Tanwar! The actress, who is currently busy with her web-series 'Karrle Tu Bhi Mohabbat', is a mother now. Yes, you read that right! Sakshi has adopted a baby girl recently which made her Dussehra super-special. Sakshi has named her baby girl as 'Dityaa' and she'll soon turn nine months old.

Speaking about her daughter, Dityaa, the 45-year-old actress told TOI that, “With the blessings of my parents and the support of my family and friends, I have adopted a baby girl, who will soon turn nine months old. I am delighted to share my happiness with everyone as I welcome this bundle of joy into my life. This is undoubtedly the greatest moment of my life. My family and I are elated to embrace Dityaa. She is the answer to all my prayers and I feel blessed to have her in my life.”

Sakshi is enjoying this new phase of her life and has named her daughter Dityaa as she considers the baby girl as a blessing from Goddess Lakshmi. For the uninitiated, Dityaa is one of Goddess Lakshmi’s names.

Best known as 'Parvati' from 'Kahaani...', Sakshi has been a part of various other popular shows like 'Kutumb', 'Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahin', 'Balika Vadhu', 'Bade Achhe Lagte Hain' among others. She has been part of few films too and was appreciated for her role opposite Aamir Khan in 'Dangal' and will next be seen opposite Sunny Deol in much-delayed film 'Mohalla Assi'.
