Mr. Atmaprakash Sharma breathed his last at his residence at 10.40 am. He was 75.
Sharma was suffering from cancer since many years and in the last 15-20 days his condition worsened.
The last rites will take place today itself.
Krushna Abhishek is the nephew of actor Govinda.
