New Delhi: After death of ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma’ actor Kavi Kumar Azad, TV industry got another shock this morning with veteran TV actress Rita Bhaduri’s death. She passed away at 1:30am on Tuesday. The actress who was known for her mother roles in Bollywood and TV was hospitalised for the past few days and passed away due to kidney failure. She was a part of Star Bharat's popular show 'Nimki Mukhiya'. And the television industry is mourning the death of the veteran actor. Anuup Sonii, Vivek Dahiya and Shishir Sharma took to their Twitter handles and expressed their deep grief on the loss of a 'great actor'.


Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hain actress Shubhangi Atre is sad on losing her "Do Hanson Ka Joda" co actress Rita Bhadhuri. She says it is shocking and really emotional moment.

"I'm really saddened to know about Ritaji. She was a wonderful women, with a bright heart, very practical from mind and full of positive spirit, not to forget an amazing actress too. We use to be like a family on the sets. As soon as I came to know about her, memories came infront of me.. the time we shared, enjoyed. I'm missing her. It’s really sad when you loose your co-star.. as we spent so much of time together. They become like a family," she said.

Later she adds, "Both Reemaji and Ritaji I met on the set of Do Hanso.. we use to enjoy lots of togetherness and fun filled time. They where very Bubbly and full of life....wonderful human being. May their soul rest in peace."

Rita was at the Sujay Hospital in Vile Parle. She was fighting a weak kidney and was on dialysis. In her last show, "Nimki Mukhiya", she was seen as a Imarti Devi, the grandmother of the house.
