Veteran actor Arvind Trivedi who played the role of Raavan in Ramanand Sagar’s Ramayan became the latest victim of celebrity death hoax. There were some reports on social media that the actor is no more, which has badly upset his family.

The veteran actor and his family members have now not only quashed the rumours saying that the actor is hale and hearty, but have also expressed their anger on social media over the fake news.

Arvind Trivedi's nephew Kaustabh took to his Twitter account to share that his uncle is doing well. He also requested everyone to stop spreading fake news. He wrote, "Dear all my uncle Arvind Trivedi Lankesh is all good and safe. Stop spreading fake news. It is a request. Now please spread this. Thanks."

Later Trivedi himself took to his Twitter account in which he has informed the masses about his good health.
