New Delhi: The dastardly terror attack on a Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) convoy in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama district has shocked the entire country. Leading Bollywood celebs like Amitabh Bachchan, Salman Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Shah Rukh Khan and Akshay Kumar have condemned the deadly attack. Big B and Salman have also extended financial assistance to the martyrs’ families of the Pulwama attack. Popular TV couple Ravi Dubey and Sargun Mehta have also come forward to lend their support by contributing Rs 3 lakh for the welfare of the families of the martyrs.

Ravi said that they could have kept everything private but they decided to share it with their fans after getting inspired by some people.

The ‘Jamai Raja’ actor shared a post on Instagram with the caption, ‘’Yes we could have done this privately ...but we too got inspired to take action and contribute whatever little we could because we saw one of our peers post ...I hope it inspires others to contribute and support. #JaiHind #JaiBharat #pulwama.’’


The All Indian Cine Workers Association (AICWA) has announced a ban on Pakistani artists, actors working in the film industry. Stringent action will be taken against any organisation which works with Pakistani artists, an AICWA statement read.
