New Delhi: Popular TV actress Ankita Lokhande is all set to tie the knot with her boyfriend Vicky Jain next week. The couple will get married in a traditional Maharashtrian ceremony in the presence of their family members and close friends. Ankita and Vicky's families are currently busy with the pre-wedding festivities. 


Ankita, who shot to fame after playing the role of Archana in Ekta Kapoor’s ‘Pavitra Rishta’, shared a picture from her pre-wedding function on social media. She can be seen beaming with joy while posing with Vicky Jain in the candid photo.

The Marathi Mulgi looked beautiful as ever as in a green saree. She completed her look with matching bangles and the traditional nose ring. The actress posted the photo along with the caption, “Sacred.” 


Srishty Rode, Kishwer Merchant, Mansi Srivastava and other celebs dropped comments on the post. Mansi, who was last seen in 'Kundali Bhagya', wrote, " best wishes and loads of love. @lokhandeankita."



Vicky Jain also posted photos from the pre-wedding function on his Instagram handle. He can be seen donning a white kurta and pyjama in the pictures. Ankita, who also featured in one of the photos, dropped a comment on the post. She wrote, "Choo cute."



According to a report in ETimes, Ankita and Vicky will get married between December 11 and December 13, 2021. The couple will take their relationship to the next level after dating each other for over three years. They will have a traditional wedding with all the functions including haldi, mehendi and sangeet.


The couple was snapped by the paparazzi while distributing their wedding cards to their industry friends in Mumbai. 


On the professional front, Ankita was last seen in 'Pavitra Rishta: It's Never Too Late'. The web series, which premiered on ZEE5, also starred Shaheer Sheikh and Randeep Rai. Shaheer stepped into late Sushant Singh Rajput's shoes. Sushant, who passed away on June 14, 2020, originally played the role of Manav.
