New Delhi: Fans have been eagerly waiting to see their favourite actress Dipika Kakar back on their television screens. Dipika, who won Bigg Boss 12, will soon make a comeback to the fiction genre with Sandiip Sikcand’s next show on Star Plus. The ‘Sasural Simar Ka’ actress will star opposite Karan V Grover in the show tentatively titled ‘Pani Puri’. The upcoming show has been making waves ever since it was confirmed that Dipika and Karan will feature together in it.

The makers of the show are currently busy roping in the actors. We had earlier informed you that ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ actor Abhishek Malik will play a negative role in the show.

As per the latest buzz, actress Mrinalini Tyagi has been roped in for the show.

The ‘Pavitra Rishta’ actress will have a meaty role to play in the show, a report in Tellychakkar said.

Mrilani was last seen playing the role of a cop in Colors TV’s ‘Ishq Mein Marjawan.

Tanaaz Irani, Deepak Sandhu, Prachee Shah and Ashish Nayyar will also play pivotal roles in the show.

Speculations are rife that Sandiip Sikcand has approached Bigg Boss 12 contestant Romil Chaudhary to be a part of the show. If Romil accepts the offer, we will get to see him and Dipika share screen space once again.

Talking about the show, the story is expected to focus on two individuals, who ready to give love another chance.
