After 7 years leap, the new cast was introduced on the show including Aditi for 'Ruhi', Abhishek Verma for 'Aditya Bhalla' & Krishna Mukherjee to play 'Aaliya'.
The other two actors Abhishek and Krishna do not have any changes to go through to play their respective characters' grown up avatars but beautiful Aditi has to compromise her major facial feature for 'Ruhi's grown up role.

YHM fans are aware that little 'Ruhi' sported a mole on her face to look like 'Shagun's daughter and the actor who plays her adult role had to have one too.
Aditi obviously has to put a mole on her face too and will continue to do so until end. But this is not the only thing Aditi has to go through while doing her facial makeup everyday.

Aditi has to also alter her natural eye color to suit the needs of the role of 'Ruhi' she plays. If you have noticed, Aditi in the guise of the boy 'Ruhaan' sports green eyes but that is the natural color of her eyes since birth.
Aditi did not have to wear lenses to cover them but this was only uptil now. From now onward Aditi is going to wear brown lenses covering her gorgeous green eyes so the lenses make her eyes appear like that of younger 'Ruhi's.
Aditi herself revealed that she has already started shooting for the show wearing brown lenses on. Aditi is just back from Jammu and Kasmir shoot of her bollywood film[SEE PICS HERE].
On first day of her shoot post her return from J&K, she posted a picture with brown lenses and wrote, "Lenses ??#yhm#browneyes"

Interestingly, Aditi has been staying with her natural green eyes on the show in the avatar of 'Ruhaan' which means if she goes brown eyes to look like 'Ruhi', makers will make us believe she instead wore green lenses before to keep her identity from getting revealed.

But now we know! It's actually the other way around!
How unfortunate that in the times, when actresses wear lenses to enhance their eye color, Aditi has to instead use them to hide her's.
