The ‘Vidya’ actor said that he is observing strict home isolation after his family members were diagnosed with the virus. He thanked his well-wishers in advance for their love and support and asked them to take care of their loved ones amid the COVID-19 crisis.
"Hi All, I trust that you all are in the pink of health. Wanted to inform you all that my parents, sister and cousin brother (who is staying with us) has been tested positive for coronavirus. My COVID-19 report is negative and I am following strict home isolation. I thank you all in advance for your love and support, please stay safe and take care of yourself and your loved ones. Love and light, -Namish Taneja," the actor wrote on Instagram.
Several TV celebs including Ruslaan Mumtaz and Meera Deosthale dropped comments on the post.
Ruslaan, last seen in 'Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke', commented, "Brother , tc. I'm sure everyone will come out of this soon. I'm happy to know that you are not infected.. prayers for your family to recover soon."
Namish's 'Vidya' co-star Meera Deosthale wrote, "Wishing your family a speedy recovery and you too , be safe."

On the professional front, Namish Taneja is currently seen as Ved in the show ‘Aye Mere Humsafar. He recently burnt his hand while shooting a sequence for the show on the sets.
