New Delhi:  ‘Nach Baliye 9’ has been making waves ever since it was confirmed that Bollywood superstar Salman Khan will produce the show. After a blockbuster season eight, the makers of the show are gearing up to launch a new season. ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ actress Divyanka Tripathi and her hubby Vivek Dahiya lifted the winner’s trophy of ‘Nach Baliye 8’ and they are expected to host a segment on the premiere episode of ‘NB 9’.

Star Plus is leaving no stone unturned to make the opening episode of ‘Nach Baliye 9’ a huge success. We had earlier informed you that the Shrenu Parikh & Zain Imam (Ek Bhram Sarvagun Sampann) and Shaheer Sheikh & Rhea Sharma (Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke) will be part of the first episode of the show.

Small screen’s ‘Naagin’ Mouni Roy will introduce Sourabh Raaj Jain and his wife Riddhima Jain on the premiere episode. As per the latest buzz, another popular actress and former ‘Nach Baliye’ contestant will be part of the show as a special guest.

We are talking about Dipika Kakar. The beautiful actress, currently seen in Star Plus’ ‘Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum’, will introduce a real-life Jodi along with her co-star Karan V Grover on ‘Nach Baliye 9’.


Dipika and Karan will introduce the pair of Keith Sequeira & Rochelle Rao on the first episode of ‘Nach Baliye 9’, a report in India Forums said.

Interestingly, Keith and Rochelle were part of ‘Bigg Boss 9’ and Dipika is the winner of ‘Bigg Boss 12’. It would be quite interesting to see the pair of Karan and Dipika groove on the dance floor while introducing Rochelle and Keith.


Star Plus has already unveiled two promos featuring ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ actress Urvashi Dholakia and Vishal Aditya Singh. While Urvashi will participate with former boyfriend Anuj Sachdeva, Vishal will shake a leg with his ex-girlfriend and 'Chandrakanta' co-star Madhurima Tulli.

Some of the couples who have been approached for the show include Anita Hassanandani & hubby Rohit Reddy, Gautam Rode & Pankhuri Awasthy, 'Nimki Mukhiya' actress Bhumika Gurung & beau Keith,  'Bigg Boss 11' couple Puneesh Sharma and Bandgi Kalra, 'Bigg Boss 9' winner Prince Narula & wife Yuvika Chaudhary and Faisal Khan & Muskaan Kataria.
