Salman Khan starrer 'Antim: The Final Truth' has been making waves ever since Aayush Sharma shared the first look of actor on social media. The 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' actor sported a beard and turban for his role in the film and displayed his swag. Last week, Aayush posted a video from the sets of the movie on his Instagram handle. The short clip was enough to create buzz for the movie on the internet.


Gossip mills were buzzing with the rumours that popular TV actress Avika Gor would make her Bollywood debut with 'Antim'. She was supposed to star opposite Salman's brother-in-law Aayush Sharma in the upcoming flick. Contrary to the claims, the 'Balika Vadhu' actresss won't feature in the movie.

Mahesh Manjrekar, who is directing 'Antim', has confirmed that Avika is not part of the project. The ace actor-director, while talking to an entertainment portal, revealed that the 'Sasural Simar Ka' star won't play the female lead.

According to a report in Pinkvilla, Mahima Makwana has replaced Avika Gor in 'Antim'. Yes, you read that right! She will be seen sharing screen space with Aayush in the film.

'Antim: The Final Truth' will mark the Bollywood debut of Mahima, who has worked in several shows like 'Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke', 'Mariam Khan - Reporting Live' and 'Rishton Ka Chakravyuh, to name a few. On the professional front, she was last seen in Colors TV's 'Shubharambh' opposite Akshit Sukhija. The show went off air in November 2020.

Talking about Avika Gor, the 23-year-old actress started her career as a child artist. She shot to fame after playing the role of Anandi in 'Balika Vadhu'. The show created history by becoming the first Hindi daily soap to complete 2000 episodes. Gor was last seen on the small screen in a full-fledged role in 'Laado-Veerpur Ki Mardani'.
