The women around the globe are celebrating the World Breast Feeding Week 2017 that is observed every year in the first week of August and 'Yeh Hai Mohabbatein' actress Krishna Mukherjee aka Aliya's real sister Saru Mukherjee Sharma who's the mother of a 10 month old baby shares tips with her followers on this occasion by sharing a picture with her munchkin Rudraksh.

Rudraksh aka Rudi was born in the end of September last year and the Mommy dear shared a picture breastfeeding him on Wednesday i.e. August 2, the 2nd day of the World Breast Feeding Week 2017 (1st August to 7th August).

As pretty as her star sister Krishna, Saru also celebrates her Birthday today and we just told you how the two sisters were trolled when the former shared a picture of them kissing each other and which received nasty comments like "lesbo kiss" in reaction since their lips were touching slightly[Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’s Aliya aka Krishna Mukherjee’s KISS with sister is termed ‘LESBO KISS’ by trolls!].

Now seeing Saru's initiative to create awareness among women, we bet the trolling is not going to bother them at all.

Saru, who's a blogger and stays in Gurgaon with her husband Sumit Sharma(a Fitness Counselor) and her boy, decided to share some tips about motherhood and bust some myths regarding breastfeeding too.

Her post along with the picture where she's seen nursing her little one is being hugely appreciated and loved by her followers and here's what it said in the caption -

Our most special way of bonding!
#worldbreastfeedingweek
We already know that breastfeeding is beneficial for the mother and the baby and it cannot be emphasized more. So today I' talk about some facts and bust some myths on breastfeeding! .
❌Myth - Eat only bland food while breastfeeding.
✔️ Fact - It's applicable for only first few days. Later, you can eat and drink whatever you eat normally except for alcohol or too much caffeine. Baby will get accustomed to the taste. .
❌ Myth - Baby's stomach is upset because of what I ate! ✔️ Fact - It's not always the case. By the time the food you ate has been digested and used to make milk, the upsetting elements are already broken down and shouldn't affect the baby. .
❌Myth - Small breasts don't make enough milk! ✔️ Fact - It's not the size that determines the amount of milk produced because it's the functional tissue and not the fatty tissue that produces the milk. So, size does not matter!! .
❌Myth - Breastfeeding is an ultimate contraceptive! ✔️ Fact - It's true that during breastfeeding you're unlikely to concieve but it's not a guarantee. Studies have shown some women are more fertile during breastfeeding. .
❌ Myth - Breastfeeding will make your breasts saggy! ✔️Fact - Whether or not your breasts will sag depends on your age, BMI and pre pregnancy bra size. Sudden stop on breastfeeding can also cause that. And majorly, it's the number of pregnancies one has that is responsible rather than nursing.

Now, let's talk about the number one concern and most frequently ask question - Am I making enough milk ?? if you're unsure if your baby's getting enough milk then consider these two questions- ➡️ Is your baby wetting nappies frequently?
➡️ Is your baby gaining adequate weight?

If the answer to the above questions is - Yes! Then, you need not worry! .
Lastly, just celebrate the glory of motherhood and if anyone questions you your capabilities ask them - I make milk, what's your superpower?? ????
