Ekta Kapoor's 'Kasautii Zindagii Kay' reboot, featuring Parth Samthaan and Erica Fernandes in lead roles of 'Anurag' & 'Prerna' respectively, recently witnessed the entry of Aamna Sharif as new 'Komolika'. Whereas Karan Sinhg Grover, who was playing 'Mr. Bajaj' in 'KZK 2', quit the show making his fans sad. Recently, Karan Singh Grover posted pictures with actor Vivan Bhathena at a Halloween party. Since Vivan is sporting a salt-and-pepper look in the pictures, various reports suggested that he is replacing Karan as 'Mr. Bajaj'. Vivan Bhathena has finally reacted on the same.


Well, Vivan Bhathena has dismissed the rumours of replacing Karan Singh Grover in 'Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2'.

Speaking about the same, Vivan told Bombay Times that, "I had gone for Ayaz Khan’s Halloween party where I was spotted partying with Karan (Singh Grover) and Bipasha (Basu). I was dressed as Mr Bajaj and with my salt-and-pepper look, people perhaps thought I was replacing him. It is funny how people jump to conclusions. In fact, all of us friends have had a good laugh over it."

On a related note, Karan Singh Grover quit the show as he wasn't reportedly happy with the way his character was shaping up. However, Karan denied the same and cleared that his track came to an end and he enjoyed playing 'Mr. Bajaj'. He also hinted that 'Mr. Bajaj' might return in the future.

Coming back to Vivan Bhathena, he has been a part of various popular TV shows like 'Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi', 'Kumkum', 'Maayka', 'Chhoona Hai Aasmaan' among others and was last seen on small-screen as a contestant in 'Khatron Ke Khiladi 7'.

He is now more active in films and digital shows. On Bollywood front, he was seen in films like 'Dangal', 'Judwaa 2', 'Talaash', 'Hero',  'Hate Story 4' among others and will next be seen in Akshay Kumar & Katrina Kaif starrer 'Sooryavanshi'.
