New Delhi: Ekta Kapoor’s ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2’ has become the talk of the town. The show has been hogging all the limelight ever since it was reported that Parth Samthaan is quitting the show. Parth, who plays the role of Anurag Basu, has reportedly decided to leave the show to focus on his health and upcoming projects. Ardent fans of ‘Kasautii 2’ were disappointed when the rumours spread like wildfire on the internet.

Speculations are rife that ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2’ would go off air in November 2020. We had earlier informed you that the channel is planning to pull the plug on the romantic saga.

As per the latest buzz, ‘Kasautii Zindadii Kay’ is not going off air and will shift to a new time slot. Yes, you read that right!

According to a report in a leading daily, the makers have managed to retain Parth Samthaan. The production house has agreed to the ‘Kaisi Ye Yaariaan’ actor’s demands including increasing his payment and shifting the focus on him.



The report added that ‘Kasautii 2’ will be shifted to either early evening slot or late night time slot. Considering 6:30pm and 11pm slots are empty on Star Plus, the channel might shift the show to said slots. Interestingly, ‘Saath Nibhana Saathiya 2’ is expected to replace ‘Kasautii’ at 8pm slot.

"It will be moved from its current time slot to either late night or early prime time. In all probabilities Saath Nibhana Saathiya Season 2 will take its current time slot," a source told Times Of India.



‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2’ will complete two successful years on September 25, 2020. The show also stars Karan Patel and Aamna Sharif in the respective roles of Mr. Bajaj and Komolika. Karan Patel, who is fondly known for playing the role of Raman Bhalla opposite Divyanka Tripathi in ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’, replaced Karan Singh Grover as new Mr. Bajaj.
