Gossip mills are buzzing with the rumours that one of the main characters in the show won’t return after the shoot is resumed. We are talking about Mr. Bajaj.
Karan Singh Grover, who plays the role of Mr. Bajaj, won’t be returning to ‘Kasautii 2’ as of now, a report in an entertainment portal said. The ‘Qubool Hai’ actor is concerned about the COVID-19 pandemic and hence, is not keen to resume shoot. The team is trying to convince KSG to make a return to the show.
"It is well known that KSG's entry in the show led to a steep rise in the show's TRP and that was one of the reasons why Bajaj's track was introduced earlier this year. However, KSG won't be returning as Mr. Bajaj as of now. He is very much concerned about the ongoing pandemic in the country and is not too keen on returning. The team is negotiating and discussing things with him right now and trying to convince him to return," a source told Pinkvilla.
For the uninitiated, Karan Singh Grover made a comeback to ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2’ earlier this year. He had left the show last year.
It remains to be seen if the makers are able to convince him or not. Mr. Bajaj came into Prerna’s life after Anurag Basu betrayed his ladylove. The twist has grabbed a lot of eyeballs and the show’s TRPs also witnessed an increase.
