New Delhi: Popular TV actress Hina Khan is winning the hearts of the viewers with her power-packed performance as Komolika in ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2’. The Bigg Boss 11 contestant is get good response from the fans for her acting in the show. The ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ actress recently suffered a neck sprain and she had to go to the hospital for physiotherapy. During her visit to the hospital, Hina met a cancer patient who was a fan of her show ‘Kasautii 2’.

The Kashmiri beauty said that the fan brought a smile on her face and she posted a lovely photo with her.

Hina shared the picture of her fan on her Instagram story along with the caption, "Met this angel in Kokilaben hospital...while I was so much in pain coz of my neck injury, she brought a smile on my face.. Her chemo's are going and she has a certain screen time granted by the doctors and the only show she watches is my show, and she loves Komolika. You made my day. Prayers from all of us."

Speculations are rife that Hina Khan will bid adieu to ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2’ and ‘Ishq Mein Marjawan’ actress Aalisha Panwar might replace her as Komolika. However, as per the latest buzz, a new villain will enter Anurag and Prerna’s life post Komolika’s exit from the show.

Hina will take a break of four to five months from ‘KZK 2’ to focus on other projects including films. It has been rumoured that the former ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’ contestant’s second film will be directed by Vikram Bhatt.

Hina, who will also make an appearance at Cannes 2019, has already shot for her debut Bollywood film ‘Lines’.

Talking about 'Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2', the current track of the show is focusing on the honeymoon drama. The romantic saga also stars Parth Samthaan and Erica Fernandes.
