New Delhi: Popular TV actor Karan Patel has been hogging all the limelight after it was rumoured that he would be replaced in his show ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’. Internet has been buzzing with the rumours that Chaitanya Choudhary will step into the shoes of Karan and play the new Raman Bhalla. Patel is currently not seen in ‘YHM’ after his character was shown to be dead in a plane crash. The show co-starring Divyanka Tripathi has seen a dip in TRPs after Karan’s absence.

Karan Patel’s publicist had earlier squashed all the rumours and said that the actor will remain a part of the show. The fans breathed a sigh of relief after they got to know that he will continue to play Raman Bhalla.


However, the ‘Kasturi’ actor has confirmed that he is no longer associated with ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’.

Karan Patel, while talking to an entertainment portal, has said that he is out of the show.

The report in the portal further said that Karan had issues with the current track of ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’. The actor denied having any issues while talking to the website.

When asked if Chaitanya Choudhary will replace him in the show, Karan didn’t deny it.

Interestingly, Chaitanya is expected to start shoot from next week, as per the report in SpotboyE. He was last seen in TV in the show ‘Dil Hi Toh Hai’.

When asked about the same, the actor told the portal, "I am in talks with them but they haven't given me any confirmation yet, so I am not in a position to tell you anything,"


Talking about Karan Patel, he will jet off to Bulgaria next month to participate in ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 10’. He is also rumoured to be part of Salman Khan’s ‘Bigg Boss 13’.
